Step 1: Using a food processor ~ add in the chèvre and cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper and blend mix until whipped well & completely smooth.
Step 2: Serve dip in a dish ~ then drizzle a little more honey, a light sprinkle of the pepper on top with a sprig of thyme.
Step 3: Serve dip with crackers, chunky bread or crudités on the side.
Step 4: *NOTE* refrigerate dip if not serving straight away, but remove at least an hour before serving.
