Step 1: Mix honey, soy, hoisin, and cilantro and garlic paste into a marinade and marinate chicken wings with it in a ziplock bag for several hours or overnight.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Step 4: Drain wings and place on lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 25 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for 20 minutes more or until wings are done (size of wings may cause cooking time to be variable.)
