Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken wings (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic (mashed into a paste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix honey, soy, hoisin, and cilantro and garlic paste into a marinade and marinate chicken wings with it in a ziplock bag for several hours or overnight.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 3: Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.

  • Step 4: Drain wings and place on lined baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for 20 minutes more or until wings are done (size of wings may cause cooking time to be variable.)
