Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F degrees

Step 2

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper

Step 3

Spray chicken all over with veggie spray

Step 4

Sprinkle all over with paprika

Step 5

Fit a rack into a roasting pan, spray with veggie spray

Step 6

Place chicken bone side down on roaster rack

Step 7

Roast for approximately 40 minutes or until juices run clear
