How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F degrees

  • Step 2: Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper

  • Step 3: Spray chicken all over with veggie spray

  • Step 5: Fit a rack into a roasting pan, spray with veggie spray

  • Step 6: Place chicken bone side down on roaster rack

  • Step 7: Roast for approximately 40 minutes or until juices run clear
