"This is an awesome recipe and you can make it in the microwave! -- no one will even know this is made with Velveeta, don't tell them about the velveeta until after they try it. Amounts listed will yield about 6 1/2 pounds, you may reduce by half"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt butter and cheese over medium-low heat mixing until thoroughly combined. In a very large bowl sift together the sugar and cocoa; add the butter/cheese mixture, nuts and vanilla; mix until well combined.

Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan (or any size pan you like).
Step 3
Cool, then cut into pieces.
