Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grease 9" X 13" pan. Unroll crescent rolls and press into pan sealing perforations. Bake 10-12 minutes at 325 degrees. Set aside to cool.

Step 2

Blend together mayonnaise, dressing mix and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.

Step 3

Top with chopped veggies and chill. You may use any fresh veggies you prefer. Mushrooms, tomatoes and green peppers are a nice combination.

Step 4

After chilled, cut into bars and serve cold.

Thanks for posting an oldie but goodie! It is a delicious and colorful way to eat your veggies! Your veggie suggestions are great and makes this a flexible recipe. A combination of garlic powder, dill weed, and diced onion or onion powder can be used if you don't have ranch dressing on hand. Thanks for sharing racrgal - it is a keeper!
