So easy and so good! I skipped the black bean sauce but otherwise made as directed, serving over rice. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!

Such a great recipe! I made this for an easy Sunday night dinner. And easy it was, and what wonderful flavours! The only change I made was to use both red pepper, as I had both on hand to use up. I served the beef over egg noodles and this made for a really tasty meal. Just the right amount of spice and heat for us which was loved by eveyone. A great quick, easy and budget friendly meal that I will be making again.

We love Asian flavors and this is one that I can have with no guilt of blowing my sugars out of the water by subbing splenda for the sugar. It was delicious!

This is one of those recipes that you go Mmmmmmfrom the first bite to the last and you are sorry when you finish the meal. Just enough spice to make it peppy but not overbearing. Easy to make. I got the ingredients together in the AM, put them in the fridge and made dinner in 15 minutes. I'll be making this one again for sure.
