Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spread butter over one side of all the slices of bread; put 4 slices on a griddle, butter side down.
Step 2
Generously spread mustard over the top of the bread slices; layer each slice of bread with one-fourth of the coleslaw mix and one-fourth of the cheese.
