  • 3 tablespoons butter--softened
  • 8 slices good bread
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese or other cheese if you like

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread butter over one side of all the slices of bread; put 4 slices on a griddle, butter side down.

  • Step 2: Generously spread mustard over the top of the bread slices; layer each slice of bread with one-fourth of the coleslaw mix and one-fourth of the cheese.

  • Step 3: Top with remaining bread slice, butter side up; toast until the bread is lightly browned on each side and cheese is melted.
