Step 1
Combine turkey, salad dressing mix and green onion in a medium bowl; mix well and shape into 4 patties.
Step 2
Coat a large nonstick frypan with veggie cooking spray, heat over medium heat; add oil, tilt frypan to coat bottom, cook patties 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
Step 3
Remove from heat, top each patty with cheese, cover and let stand 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts. top each patty with tomatoes, serve as is, or on buns if desired.
