Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine turkey, salad dressing mix and green onion in a medium bowl; mix well and shape into 4 patties.

Step 2

Coat a large nonstick frypan with veggie cooking spray, heat over medium heat; add oil, tilt frypan to coat bottom, cook patties 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.

Step 3

Remove from heat, top each patty with cheese, cover and let stand 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts. top each patty with tomatoes, serve as is, or on buns if desired.

I made this recipe on 7/29/13 for the "Turkey Recipes" portion of the " Summer Vacation Tour " in the Games Forum. I did something that's not normally done when I make a recipe,it was followed exactly as it was written. :)Since my SO and I don't eat ground turkey recipes,we thought it could have used some garlic powder to give it a kick. But other than that it wasn't bad at all. And I have to say that I'm pleased to be the first one to rate and review this. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "
