"This is kind of a different twist on a tuna sandwich it has an addition of cucumber slices. This should give you about 2 1/2 cups filling enough fro 4 large sandwiches"

FANTASTIC!!! This had such great flavors and textures going on! Nice fresh Asian flavors. I made a half recipe, and only used 1 teaspoon of Sriracha for the chili sauce because I can't handle a lot of heat. I do wonder if soy sauce could be used instead of worcestershire to stick with the Asian profile, but I stuck to the recipe this time. I didn't let it sit, and ate it wrapped in flour tortillas with chopped romaine lettuce. Super Yummy and a keeper! Thanks for posting this! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

I made this using low fat mayo and fajita shells and it was very tasty. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
