Apart from forgetting the minced green onion (which I did ...but plain forgot) and using fresh ginger everything else was as per recipe. We really loved it here, simple and very refreshing salad which everyone enyjoyed. Can't wait for summer to enjoy this again.

This is a different kind of cucumber salad...you can really taste the garlic and sesame oil...I minced the garlic and used fresh ginger...it's very easy to prepare...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
