Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to your liking
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper, to your liking
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Sliced bread or toast or bagels

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix tuna with mayonnaise, celery, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, adding a little more mayonnaise if not moist enough. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 2 hours.

  • Step 2: Spread tuna mixture on toast or bread slices or bagels, top with thinly sliced cucumber and top with another slice of bread or toast.
