Step 1

Spread toasted muffins with butter and Vegemite.

Step 2

Combine the eggs, cheese and parsley together and spoon onto toasted muffins.

Step 3

Place toasted muffins under a medium griller and cook until cheese melts and bubbles. Serve immediately and enjoy.

No special items needed.



I scaled back to use one egg but only used one wholegrain muffin split and piled the filling high and put under the grill/broiler till cheese had started to bubble and go a slight tinge of gold. I then enjoyed a feast with the creamy gooey cheese mix with the salty taste from the vegemite, it was so filling that I was sorry I could not finish it all and had to leave a quarter of one muffin half but thoroughly enjoyed what I had thank you Tisme, made for Pick Me Tag Game.
