Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in milk.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Heat waffle iron, brush with oil if necessary.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and unsweetened chocolate with wire whisk until smooth. Beat in milk, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt just until smooth.

Pour about 1/2 cup batter onto waffle iron, close lid and bake about 4 minutes or until steaming stops.
Step 6
Carefully remove waffle; repeat with remaining batter.
Step 7
To serve, spoon one heaping tablespoon topping and one teaspoon of grated chocolate onto each waffle.
