Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix dressing together in mason jar and shake hard.

Step 2

Plate the lettuce equally on 4 plates.

Step 3

Sprinkle on a bit radish, carrots and cucumber.

Step 4

Sprinkle peanuts on top, then put a splash of dressing on top.

Loved the combo of lettuce, vegetables and peanuts and the dressing was really nice (I subbed Worcestershire sauce for the fish sauce, due to food allergies). A nice, light and refreshing salad!

This salad was FABULOUS! I loved every component - thinly sliced cucs and radishes, grated carrots, crunchy peanuts, and that amazing dressing. Perfection! I could eat this salad every single day. Loved it. It's going into my Best of 2023 recipe file. Thanks!
