Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Step 3
When blended, gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 4
Using your fingers to form 1 1/2 inch balls (dough will be very wet and sticky, so don't worry) and place them onto an un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet. Please don't make them too big because they do spread.
Step 5
Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the cookies sheet for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before transferring them to a wire rack for cooling.
Step 6
Makes around a dozen small cookies.
