Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.

Step 3

When blended, gently mix in the chocolate chips.

Step 4

Using your fingers to form 1 1/2 inch balls (dough will be very wet and sticky, so don't worry) and place them onto an un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet. Please don't make them too big because they do spread.

Step 5

Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the cookies sheet for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before transferring them to a wire rack for cooling.

Step 6

Makes around a dozen small cookies.

You would never know there is no flour in these cookies. They are so yummy! Bet you can't eat just one!

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. No flour? No butter? Still delicious? Yes to all! The cookies were the perfect consistency; crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Great flavor, too. I'm keeping this treasure. It's easy - 5 ingredients and makes a small batch - perfect for those times when you want a little treat! Thank you!

Just whipped these up after viewing the photo and recipe in the photo forum, few ingredients to create a insanely delicious cookies, mine came out quite crispy which is the way I like them, awesome PB cookie recipe, thanks Tisme!

What a fantastic recipe! I must admit I had my doubts as to how this recipe would work.... but it was wonderful! So easy to make and the timing in the oven was perfect. These were gobbled up immediately and DS's GF who is gluten intolerant loved these. This recipe is a must try, for anyone who has a gluten intolerance, I am sure you will love them.
