  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, grated
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • Salad
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 4 radishes, shaved
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 tablespoons peanuts, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dressing together in mason jar and shake hard.
