These were good. I had to use dried dill as I didn't have any fresh. I love Mikekey's comment that he made it with tarragon. I love tarragon and when mine gets big enough to harvest......I'm going to try that. Quick, easy, and good recipe. Thanks for sharing, Dee.

Love these eggs. I first had a similar recipe about 50 years ago while living in Portland, Oregon when a friend made them. I don’t like dill, so subbed tarragon. Served with rye toast, as suggested.
