Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut a slit from the top to the bottom of 12 jumbo olives. Set aside.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, onion flakes, horseradish, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Fill a Zip-Lock plastic bag with the cream cheese mixture. Cut a small hole in one corner of the plastic bag.

Step 4

Push out air, and carefully pipe mixture into jumbo olives.

Step 5

Repeat procedure on small pitted olives. Chill.

If you like olives you have got to add these to your holiday table. They were delicious and enjoyed as part of my holiday buffet this year! Once you make the filling it is so easy to stuff the olives using a baggie and snipping the bottom corner tip of the baggie. Worked like a charm!

I finally got to making these as a trial run for my New year get together, I did however make a few minor changes and used 1 garlic clove instead of garlic powder, I think when I make these again I will just use the powder, I only tryed this using the jumbo green pitted and used some cayenne in place of the black pepper, however these were very good and I'll make them again, thanks Linda! This was made for RZ Recipebook tag game
