Step 1

Prick pie shell with a fork and partially bake at 425' F. 6-8 minutes or according to package instructions. Set aside.

Step 2

Cook spinach, drain well and cool. Draining well is important.

Step 3

Dust cheese bits with flour by putting both in a bag and shaking. Set aside.

Step 4

Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.

Step 5

Stir in spinach and cheese.

Step 6

Pour into shell.

Step 7

Reduce oven to 350' F., bake 50-60 minutes.

Step 8

Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
