Step 3: Dust cheese bits with flour by putting both in a bag and shaking. Set aside.
Step 4: Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.
Step 5: Stir in spinach and cheese.
Step 6: Pour into shell.
Step 7: Reduce oven to 350' F., bake 50-60 minutes.
Step 8: Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
