"These wings are great and just as good as the fried version. I like to use whole wings instead of halved, as the tips are nice to chew on."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Turn on broiler, and let your grated broiler pan preheat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove pan from oven, and brush it generously with sesame oil. Place 12 wings on pan and brush those with oil as well. Place in broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes; remove, flip wings over and brush with oil. Return to broiler and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. The time really depends on your broiler, so keep an eye on the wings- they're ready to flip/remove when each side begins to turn golden brown.
Step 3
Repeat the 1st step with remaining wings. Place all cooked wings in a baking pan or casserole dish.
Step 4
Whisk all remaining ingredients together and pour over wings. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes; give the wings a stir halfway through to make sure they are nicely coated with sauce.
