"This spicy nacho dip is always a hit every time I serve it. It is spicy but can be toned down by using the same amount of salsa sauce, instead of the canned green chilies. This is better served at room temperature; serve it with your favorite nacho chips or crackers."

This delicious dip made my kids giddy – dip on a weeknight, Yay! I had every intention of not baking it, but the fam wanted the cheese to be all melty, however, I would have been fine with having it as is. Either way, this is a tasty dip and a perfect appetizer to any occasion, even on a weeknight. Thank you, Bea, for sharing.
