"This chicken is amazing, in fact I freeze an extra pound of chicken after 4 hours of marinating time, take it out in the morning to thaw out so that I have it ready to grill for dinner. If you're using bamboo/wooden skewers, soak your sticks in water for at least 30 minutes."

I used agave nectar for the honey and used 2 tablespoons instead of the 1/4 cup to make it lower in fat and sugar. I liked this chicken and enjoyed the flavors from the marinade infused in the chicken. I used my inside grill so they didn't have that smokey flavor from the grill, but they were still full of flavor. I added onions and mushrooms to the skewers too for more veggies. A very satisfying meal with a Greek salad on the side.

If you want a little spice in your life, try these awesome chicken skewers! We all liked them here, even my little guy, and he's the fussy one. We had a nice salad and corn on the cob along with the chicken and it was a great dinner!
