Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 lemon (juice of one lime)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon Siracha
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs, cut into cubes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place in a resealable plastic bag

  • Step 2: Add in chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours and keep turning the bag in the fridge to coat the chicken evenly in the marinade.

  • Step 3: Remove chicken from marinade. Thread on skewers. If you're using bamboo/wooden skewers, soak your sticks in water first for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
