Step 1: In a small bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place in a resealable plastic bag
Step 2: Add in chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours and keep turning the bag in the fridge to coat the chicken evenly in the marinade.
Step 3: Remove chicken from marinade. Thread on skewers. If you're using bamboo/wooden skewers, soak your sticks in water first for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4: Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
