"This is a great chicken recipe you bake in the oven. The skin turns out nice and crispy. For those who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Perfect amount of heat in this chicken. I did sub the salt & pepper with 1/2 tsp lemon pepper. Other than that, I would not change a thing. Thanks Bea for a lovely dinner! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Very nice thighs, love the bit of heat and with the breading it stayed lovely and moist inside while the outside was deliciously crispy. Will certainly be making this one again.

I doubled the recipe and did a whole fryer chicken. I baked everything for 1 hour. I loved the hot sauce and cayenne in with the other spices. It gave it a nice little zing to the crispy skin, which I liked very much. My neighbor came over and ate with me and she loved it too. We both like a little heat so this really hit the spot for us. I had it along with some a tomato and cucumber salad and some homemade potato salad. This will definitely be repeated. Thanks Bea for another tasty variation for baked chicken! Linda

Delicious moist and flavorful chicken recipe. With that said I omitted the hot sauce and the cayenne pepper as DH can't tolerate either. Dipped them in ranch salad dressing. Otherwise it was made as written. Made for Billboard tag.
