Step 1: Drizzle chicken pieces with hot sauce and rub well into each piece; refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 2: Combine remaining ingredients, except for chicken, in a plastic bag.
Step 3: Place chicken pieces, one at a time in breading bag and toss to coat.
Step 4: Shake excess coating off chicken and place on a foil lined baking sheet, skin side up.
Step 5: Spray the chicken pieces lightly with cooking spray.
Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until cooked through.
