Spiced Chicken Wings With Ranch Dressing

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3

Combine sugar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic, all spice and chilli flakes, if using, in a bowl and season and then add the chicken and mix well to coat.

Step 4

Arrange the chicken mixture in a single layer on the lined tray and bake turning occasionally, for 40 to45 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5

Meanwhile, to make the ranch dressing, place the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, dill, chives and paprika in a small bowl and stir until well combined and then season to taste.

Step 6

Arrange the chicken wings on a large serving plate and serve with the ranch dressing.

We really enjoyed the wings...but we weren't crazy about the ranch dressing...we both thought it was too tart for our liking and the wings really didn't need a dipping sauce...next time I'll skip the ranch dressing...also for those who aren't aware...tomato sauce in Australia is our...ketchup...made for "FYC" tag game...
