Awesomely delicious is the perfect description for these mouth watering treats. I made these dainties for a wedding and a hit they were.A copy of the recipe was requested by a number of guests. The only change I made was to use unsweetened coconut, in order to cut back a bit on the sweetness. Thanks Gerry for sharing this wonderful recipe that is in my favourites file. The dainties with be on my holiday tray this year.
