I always love to try a recipe that has ingrediets that are not all that normal a combination. This one fit the bill and is so delish. It is peppy and is a great taste combination!. I was making a chicken stew for dinner so I took out a raw thigh, cooked it and minced it up, For the Hot Sauce I used Buffalo salsa Chipotle, then New York Garlic Bagel Chips and for the blue cheese dressing I mixed blue cheese and a wee bit of Mayo. Got everything ready in the AM and only prepared them just before serving. This is a winner of a recipe. Easy, and so good. Another plus is that I always have all the ingredients in the house. Thanks Shadow for a super Sunday appie
