Step 1

Mix the canned chicken with just enough mayo to make just moist.

Step 2

Chill for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Lay out the bagel crisps on a plate.

Step 4

Place 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce on each crisp and spread.

Step 5

Place tablespoon of chicken mixture on each crisp.

Step 6

Top with 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese dressing.

Step 7

Serve.

Note: You will have lots of chicken mixture left over to make more.

I always love to try a recipe that has ingrediets that are not all that normal a combination. This one fit the bill and is so delish. It is peppy and is a great taste combination!. I was making a chicken stew for dinner so I took out a raw thigh, cooked it and minced it up, For the Hot Sauce I used Buffalo salsa Chipotle, then New York Garlic Bagel Chips and for the blue cheese dressing I mixed blue cheese and a wee bit of Mayo. Got everything ready in the AM and only prepared them just before serving. This is a winner of a recipe. Easy, and so good. Another plus is that I always have all the ingredients in the house.
