Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place chicken in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart crockpot.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the dry Italian salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, garlic, pepper, white wine, and cream cheese and pepper until combined. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 3

Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta.

Another that's been added to my slowcooker/crockpot recipe book. So easy yet comes out tasting and looking like one has spent hours in the kitchen! Other than using only a half a package of the Italian Salad Mix and regular mushroom soup (that is all I happened to have on hand) I made as posted. A real keeper this one! I will look for the mushroom soup for next time around, but tasting so super good I be doing a rerun very soon with either or! Yes it's that good.
