Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat over to 450°F.

On a rimmed baking sheet, toss mushrooms and thyme with Brussels sprouts and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

Roast on lower rack until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife, 20 minutes.

Step 4

I have made several roasted Brussels Sprouts recipes but this is the tops. I added the balsamic just before serving. It was just the right final touch.20 minutes is just the right timing Thanks Sue for a lovely side dish that will be make often
