Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 ° F.

Step 2

Toss together Brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon pepper, and salt; spread on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Roast for 20-25 minutes or until garlic and Brussels sprouts are tender.

Step 4

Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Excellent addition to my holiday meal of ham, mashed potatoes, rolls, cranberry sauce, and fruit salad. We will have these again and soon!

I didn't have lemon pepper so I also added some lemon zest to pepper, which really worked well. Everything else was made as per recipe. I absolutely loved these, the lemon really brings out the flavour of the sprouts and I really loved the roast garlic cloves which had a really sweet flavour. I served the parmesan in a small bowl, so as the we could add our own amount on top. DS and I adored these. Pity we were the only ones who eat them!

Excellent! I made these while staying at my son's home and he didn't have lemon pepper, so I grated some fresh lemon zest instead. Everyone loved them as part of our early Christmas dinner! Thanks for posting!

I wrapped the brussel sprouts in aluminum foil and put them on the grill with some steaks and potatoes. They were so delicious I couldn't wait to make them for us again!
