"This looks so attractive, economical, easy and tastes darn good. I like to use the rainbow ravioli just for appearance - use regular if you like. Ravioli usually comes in a 350g size but you won't need the whole package. Just count out 4 per person. I will make this recipe for 4 servings. The original recipe served the appetizers at room temperature but I like to warm them in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese just starts to soften. The recipe is out of a magazine but I don't know which one (the way I ripped the page it doesn't show the name)."

Step 1
Cook the ravioli in a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Drain & cool the ravioli.
Step 3
Starting with the half tomato thread on a toothpick, next a basil leaf, the cheese and lastly the ravioli.
Step 4
You may serve them now or warm them a bit in a 350 oven for 5 minutes.
