Step 1

Wash and dry the radishes; and then slice the radishes; transfer to a bowl along with the shallots and salt; toss. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2

In another bowl whisk together the vinegar with the soy sauce; drizzle in the olive oil; whisk. Add the cilantro and half of the dressing to the radishes; toss.

Step 3

Transfer to a platter and top with the goat cheese; serve remaining dressing on the side.

Very nice salad. The dressing is delicious. I used a little less cilantro than it asked for and my goat cheese was not the crumbly type. Maybe a little too strong for the salad but it was the only one I found.
