Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 bunch (1 pound) radish
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 ounces goat cheese (crumbled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and dry the radishes; and then slice the radishes; transfer to a bowl along with the shallots and salt; toss. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: In another bowl whisk together the vinegar with the soy sauce; drizzle in the olive oil; whisk. Add the cilantro and half of the dressing to the radishes; toss.

  • Step 3: Transfer to a platter and top with the goat cheese; serve remaining dressing on the side.
