Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Beat the cream cheese with mixer, add sugar and beat carefully, add egg and continue beating until all ingredients are incorporated.
Step 3
Add vanilla and spread mixture in pie shell.
Step 4
Combine pumpkin pie filling with evaporated milk and egg, mix carefully.
Step 5
Gently spread pumpkin mixture over cheese mixture.
Step 6
Bake until firm, 50 to 60 min.
Step 7
Top with whipped cream just before serving.
