Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Beat the cream cheese with mixer, add sugar and beat carefully, add egg and continue beating until all ingredients are incorporated.
Step 3: Add vanilla and spread mixture in pie shell.
Step 4: Combine pumpkin pie filling with evaporated milk and egg, mix carefully.
Step 5: Gently spread pumpkin mixture over cheese mixture.
Step 6: Bake until firm, 50 to 60 min.
Step 7: Top with whipped cream just before serving.
