Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat butter saute seasoned chicken. Remove

Saute mushrooms in same pan.

Meanwhile boil noodles until al dente. Drain

Mix white sauce with chicken sauce reduce

Mix in wine with hollandaise simmer to reduce

Butter and Pam spray a 9x13 casserole. Pour noodles in

Pour mushrooms and butter in.

Top with chicken. Pour white sauce on. Pour hollandaise over

Bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes

Step 10

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top broil until lightly browned

Excellent recipe! The first step doesn't specify how long to sauté the chicken, so I cooked it until it browned on both sides. But it also gets baked in a later step. So by the time it was baked, it was a tad dry in the center (my fault). So next time I'll sauté the chicken for less time, so it stays moist during baking. But the butter-sautéed mushrooms and two sauces contribute a lot of flavor to this casserole. It's a great recipe to serve to company or for a special occasion. I'm glad I made this dish. My family really enjoyed it. Thanks, Dee.
