Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (raw)
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pound mushrooms,sliced
  • 16 ounces dry wide egg noodles
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter saute seasoned chicken. Remove

  • Step 2: Saute mushrooms in same pan.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile boil noodles until al dente. Drain

  • Step 4: Mix white sauce with chicken sauce reduce

  • Step 5: Mix in wine with hollandaise simmer to reduce

  • Step 6: Butter and Pam spray a 9x13 casserole. Pour noodles in

  • Step 7: Pour mushrooms and butter in.

  • Step 8: Top with chicken. Pour white sauce on. Pour hollandaise over

  • Step 9: Bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes

  • Step 10: Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top broil until lightly browned
