Step 1

Combine the cornflake crumbs, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Dip pork chops into evaporated milk

Step 3

Season the meat on one side as breading them

Step 4

Then in crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides.

Step 5

Place on aluminum foil lined baking sheet

Step 6

And bake at 375°F for 50 minutes.
