Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the onion powder, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder together in a small bowl.

Pat the pork chops dry and rub the seasoning mix over both sides of the chops.
Step 4
Whisk together the oil and soy sauce and brush over both sides of the chops.

Place in the pre-heated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes, turning the chops over after 4 minutes. (Keep in mind that all air fryers are different and the cooking time may vary, so make sure the chops have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.)
