In a large ziplock bag combine all ingredients and gently massage the ingredients into the pork; set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Grill pork chops for 5 - 10 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until instant meat thermometer reads 160F degrees (70C degrees) when inserted into center of chop or until no longer pink in center.
