Cheesehead

This was really good and easy. I used Kittencal's 'Barbecue Honey Dipping Sauce' for the BBQ sauce and used boneless chops. I also only had a 20 oz can of pineapple chunks, so I took less of it and pureed it in the blender (to hide them). The sauce was so good that I put the rest back in with the BBQ sauce that was left and used again. Yum!

Wonderful! My busy family slowed down, sat together, shared stories and laughter over these pork chops. My teens/young adults loved the sweet and sour sauce and the tender chops. We served them with steamed broccoli and the tangy sauce served over rice. Everyone enjoyed it! Thanks Kittencal for a great family meal that we hope to repeat over and over.
