Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the carrots & Parsnips on an oven proof tray, lightly sprayed with oil.
Step 2
Mix together the dressing, zest & cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Pour over the prepared carrots & parsnips.
Step 4
Toss to coat evenly.
Step 5
Bake 20 minutes in 425 oven.
Step 6
Add apples.
Step 7
Sprinkle on the cheese.
Step 8
Bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
