I have never had a salad made with cabbage instead of lettuce. I can honestly say that I really liked this a lot. I chopped cabbage instead of coleslaw because that's what I had. I used peanuts instead of almonds due to preference. My husband liked it, too. I made this for Billboard Recipe Tag 2019.
