Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2

Line a 15"x10"x 1" tray with parchment paper with the paper extending over the edge on the shortest side of the pan

Spray with cooking oil

Step 4

Beat the eggs, milk & flour until blended

Step 5

Stir in the pepper,green onions, cooked bacon & oregano

Step 6

Pour into the prepared pan, place in oven

Step 7

Bake 14 - 16 minutes until the edges are almost set

Step 8

Top with cheese

Step 9

Bake 2 minutes more

Step 10

Roll up the omelette starting at the short end, peeling off the paper as you go

Step 11

Place on a platter and cut into serving pieces

Step 12

Serve with the warmed salsa
