Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2: Line a 15"x10"x 1" tray with parchment paper with the paper extending over the edge on the shortest side of the pan
Step 3: Spray with cooking oil
Step 4: Beat the eggs, milk & flour until blended
Step 5: Stir in the pepper,green onions, cooked bacon & oregano
Step 6: Pour into the prepared pan, place in oven
Step 7: Bake 14 - 16 minutes until the edges are almost set
Step 8: Top with cheese
Step 9: Bake 2 minutes more
Step 10: Roll up the omelette starting at the short end, peeling off the paper as you go
Step 11: Place on a platter and cut into serving pieces
Step 12: Serve with the warmed salsa
